1. Copyright & Ownership

Upon full payment and completion of the project, all rights and ownership of the materials created by Novasys LLC will be transferred to you. These materials are free from any copyright claims by our company, giving you unrestricted rights for use, modification, and publication.

2. Payment Terms

• Payment may be made in full or partial as agreed upon before project commencement.
• Clients are responsible for covering any applicable transaction fees and taxes.
• Work will not commence until at least the agreed initial payment has been received.

3. Project Requirements & Delivery

• Project requirements must be clearly discussed and confirmed before work begins.
• Delivery timelines will be provided based on the scope of the project.
• Delays caused by incomplete, inaccurate, or late submission of client materials are not the responsibility of Novasys LLC.

4. Revisions Policy

Revisions are provided based on the client’s selected package and the scope of work. Specific revision limits and turnaround times will be clearly outlined at the time of project initiation.

• Revision requests must be submitted within 7 days of delivery (or within 14 days in exceptional cases).
• Additional revisions beyond the package allowance may incur extra charges.
• Revision turnaround times may vary depending on the project type, scope, and urgency.

5. Refund Policy

• A client may request a refund only if no work has been started on the project.
• Once an initial draft has been created and the client has either approved it or requested revisions, no refund will be initiated.
• Refunds will only be considered if we are unable to meet the service requirements despite revisions.
• Once goods or services have been fully delivered and approved by the client, no refund will be initiated.
• Approved refunds may take 15 to 20 business days to process.

6. Limitation of Liability

We do not guarantee uninterrupted website access or error-free service.
